Challenged by the No

Often times, we may like the idea of "living the yes,” while also being challenged by “living the no.” What does this mean? Learning to say "no" to certain things and saying "yes" to other things takes a certain amount of courage, vision, and understanding. We must remember that we can't say "yes" to everything, as we may stretch ourselves past our capacity.
