One Size Doesn't Fit All

How do we deal with individuals as individuals? One of the most difficult aspects to grasp in the 21st century is the idea of "one size fits all." That is the notion that all people should fit into tidy categories. Sometimes there comes a person who doesn't fit our criteria, path, work, or more. Instead of forcing everyone to march the same tune, we should instead care for those who are on different routes than us.
