Walk With Changes

When faced with changes, do you roll with punches, or are you quick to throw in the towel? Father Gene reminds us that in life, we don’t know the answers ahead of time. That is, life doesn’t always go according to plan. Things happen and we must adapt, using our beliefs, our gut reactions, and more to navigate unplanned changes to life. How do we adapt to change? Father Gene suggests that we try walking with change instead of resisting change. Much like the phrase, “Walk before you run,” to walk with change is to allow yourself to be open to change a little bit at a time.
